Breathing Space

A two-day Breathing Space mini-residency offering peer support and professional development for museum and heritage practitioners across the Highlands and Islands, Moray, Aberdeenshire and Argyll. The weekend provides facilitated time to connect, share skills, explore challenges and reflect on practice in a supportive, confidential environment. Led by sector specialist Tamsin Russell, the residency combines discussions, problem-solving and restorative time to recharge. Open to up to six participants with at least one year’s experience.
